2. Ordering

  • All orders placed through MegaSouq UAE are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or stock.

3. Payment

  • We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery in cash. Please have the exact amount ready whenever possible.


4. Delivery

  • Orders are delivered across all Emirates in the UAE.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location and product availability.

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or unavailability, the order may be canceled.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery, only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories.

  • Items like personal care products, undergarments, and customized items are non-returnable.

  • To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with photos and order details.

6. Product Information

  • We aim to display accurate product descriptions and images. However, actual products may vary slightly due to lighting or packaging updates.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on MegaSouq UAE (text, images, logos, graphics) is the property of MegaSouq or its suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.
